Work flow that ventilators need to understand tdvent

Ventilation personnel operating underground are required to be well-versed in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations," which pertain specifically to local ventilation systems, including their operation, installation, and technical specifications. Today, Teddy Ventilator Xiaobao will share insights into the operational procedures of ventilators and essential knowledge for mastery.

    First, preparation before the shift

    1. Attend the pre-shift meeting punctually to understand the tasks and safety protocols outlined by on-duty supervisors.

    2. Ensure all necessary tools are available, including duct pliers, scissors, adhesive materials, needles and thread.

    3. Prepare duty-related materials such as air dryers; ensure an adequate supply of both thick and fine lead wires as well as wind ducts that conform to specified models for operational use.

    Second, hanging ducts

    1. Prior to installing air ducts, conduct a thorough inspection of the overhead area while assessing surrounding conditions in order to mitigate potential hazards before commencing work.

    2. Utilize 8# lead wire for anchoring; it should be tautly secured along the roadway side with firmness and straightness ensured.

    3. When suspending air ducts of identical type, first connect interfaces directly followed by reversing flanges; elevate each ring sequentially while ensuring alignment with operational standards—requiring tight joints without breaks or misalignments during suspension.

    4. For bends within turning roadways, ensure proper connection at bend points while avoiding dead bends or improper junctions.

    5. When utilizing ladders or stools for duct installation purposes, they must be positioned securely away from coal rinks or conveyor belts; evenly distribute weight on steps to prevent falls—prioritize communication with belt operators when working near conveyors and cease operations if vehicles are in motion nearby.

    Thirdly, maintaining air ducts

    1. Inspect air ducts for straightness; verify joint integrity alongside checking fabric condition and overall suspension status.

    2. Address any issues related to misalignment or leakage at joints promptly through repairs.

    3. In cases where disconnection or damage occurs necessitating airflow cessation—immediately consult ventilation supervisors regarding mine scheduling prior to implementing management protocols.

    4. Extend lead wires towards working faces; remove temporary ducting thereupon replacing it with new installations while ensuring compliance with outlet requirements from working areas.

    5. Maintain a sufficient inventory of spare air ducts stored neatly in designated locations so as not to obstruct pedestrian traffic nor transportation routes—all dimensions should adhere strictly to civilized production standards accommodating two shifts' needs.

6 Write down ventilator lengths along with local fan operations on management boards prior leaving work—ensuring data accuracy is paramount."
